What kind of lawyer would be best to help advise/create a TOS (Terms of Service) for a software application I'm currently developing?
The app will require customer data for the niche market I think I can target. But before I onboard users into my database and asking for personal information (Name, Address, and other PII) I want to ensure the platform isn't used for the following:
Fraudulent usage
Money laundering
Scams
TBD (to be determined) as I'm hoping to pay for someone with knowledge in writing a comprehensive terms of service

American software developers who got a job offer abroad: what was the job application and visa processes like? And how difficult was it to find a company willing to sponsor?
I'm curious how difficult it was for software developers to get a job outside of the US. I found that if you don't already have an employment authorization to work in the country, most companies are unwilling to go through the sponsorship process, which makes Amerexiting rather difficult even if you have the right in-demand skills. So for those who were able to get an offer without a visa/employment authorization already in hand, how difficult was the process? And how common was it for companies to be willing to sponsor you?

Hi so I’m a software developer for forex derivatives. I basically write the services that process trades that traders have booked. I’ve kind of learned about forex and finance along the way, and understand the basics, and I don’t really need to communicate with traders and brokers, but sometimes I do join in on meetings with them and it can get pretty confusing, especially when they start discussing exotic products and really specific financial terms, and I’m just a software guy trying to keep up. so I think I could be 100% more effective if I can properly learn this thing and be effective when communicating with non-IT guys. Any suggestions? Thanks!

The doctor needs to see the pertinent findings easily so he doesn't miss it when looking through the chart of multiple patients quickly. What color space/set of colors do you use to give the most number of easily discernable colors for color blind people?
