Bidding ask for mobilization/demobilization/bonding/surety. Can someone explain these?

We are being asked to bid on a bigger than normal project for us. The general contractor sent us a screenshot of the bidding page and wants us to provide LUMP SUM pricing for our scope. They are also asking for pricing on a separate line from our scope of work, for mobilization/demobilization/bonding/surety as a LUMP SUM price.
What are they asking us to price here for the mobilization/demobilization/bonding/surety? I get that demobilization means removal of all equipment, machinery, manpower from the site after completion of the services with the due permission of EIC and mobilization would be the opposite. So my real question is what is bonding and surety? TIA

Hey guys,
As the title suggests, can someone explain to me the huge difference in bid/ask order sizes here and why this happens? This is a put option on GOOG at ~70 deltas expiring on 9/23/22, so fairly liquid. But what was surprising to me was the (what I presume to be) huge difference in the orders sitting on there waiting to take a stab at this contract.
Was curious as to what this means and/or how to interpret this in the future. Thanks in advance!

Someone please explain StockX bid/ask pricing to me

Hi everyone,
Please help me understand this as its confusing. So my currency is $AUD (Australian Dollars) but lets just focus on $USD to make it easier to understand.
When I bid on an item, I put in a specific amount (say $400). There are fees on top of this I have to pay if I win for StockX fees & shipping.
Now if a seller is asking for $400 for their item, do I get the item and the transaction is done? Or are further fees now taken away from the $400 I am offering (seller fees) and actually the seller would only get something like $360 (10% fees) so there is no match or sale. I am led to believe this is how it works because when I put up a bid, I see the `Sell for $XXX or Ask for More` text change but the amount is lower than the highest bid I put up.
Throw currency conversions and different fees for different countries into the mix and its really hard to figure out what the going price actually is (and buy it now is almost always a rip off and too high).
