How many days I can legally stay in the UK after notification from home office regarding withdrawal of sponsorship (Skilled Worker Visa)?
I am working in the UK with my skilled worker VISA. Recently my company withdrew my sponsorship. However, I haven't received any notification yet from the home office. Could you tell me how long I can stay in the UK after receiving the notification email from the home office?

SWV visa in UK, standard package, I got a strange message from Home office
I have applied SWV visa within UK and the bio was taken in 17 September at Croydon. I heard contacting MPs or send emails doesn't affect on the process, so I just kept waiting. It's been around 2 months and I got an email from Home office, and it said
Thank you for your application for permission to stay in the UK. Although we would normally decide your application within ten working days from the date it was submitted, unfortunately this is not going to be possible in your case. This is because we’ve requested further information from your sponsor before we’re able to progress with your application. I am sorry for the delay in dealing with your application and for the inconvenience this is causing. Please be assured that we are doing all we can to make a decision on your case as quickly as possible.
I contact my HR, and they got the same email, don't know what they are saying. We have applied everything they need. Anyone heard about what it is about, or should I be worried about it ? For more information, I got Youth Scheme visa for now, and try to switch to SWV visa on the shortage list. I am from Korea, not sure this is relevant.
My gf from Bolivia is in the UK on a Student Visa via a Scholarship, and now wants to stay and work here. Scholarship says she must return home for 2 years after her studies or be in breach of their terms. Advice needed, as she wants to stay anyway.
New account for this post. Before I started this process, my knowledge of UK immigration and visas was about 0/10. Now I would say I'm at 2/10: I'm still just unfamiliar with all of this. Correct me if any of this is wrong. As the title says, my gf is from Bolivia. She studied in the UK from academic year 2021/22 on a course in Finance, the sector in which he would now like to work. Her course ended in September, though her dissertation went on till early/mid October. I've seen her CV and she's very highly qualified, with 2 previous degrees and several years of relevant experience, so she should be able to secure a decent, well-paid job. I want to help her apply for roles but I work in Engineering so I don't know the sector; I've tidied up her CV and helped with the odd application but so far that's it. She has had her dissertation due which has been her focus till mid October, after which we visited 3 countries in Europe on a Schengen Visa. No issues there. Until now I've not pestered her about this due to her studies, dissertation, and holiday planning taking priority: the rough plan was for her to get a Graduate Visa for however-much money, which would buy her 2 years to find work with a company who will perhaps sponsor her stay in the UK under an (I'm guessing) Skilled Work Visa. However, as part of a Graduate visa application, she needs an approval certificate from her scholarship. Reading the Ts & Cs of her scholarship, however, we've discovered they require her to return to Bolivia for 2 years after her course ends, or be in breach of the terms of the scholarship agreement, meaning she'll have to pay back the tuition fees and the ~£1200 a month stipend she received to stay here. They also do not allow Graduate visas, of course, so would not dole out the certificate. She loves me enough to take this massive financial penalty on the chin and pay it back: as she sees it, it is as with any degree; she claims others on her course were either self-funded or have otherwise stayed in the UK and paid the scholarship back, treating it as with any student loan. I'm worried it is not so simple. I'm worried they'll haul her through the courts and perhaps deport her as punishment for this, or just demand the 28k be paid back within 30 days, or something less forgiving than the ~£150 a month you pay back of your UK Student Loan when working, wiped out after 30 years etc. Th website just states she will be in "breach of the terms" and that they'll require payment back of the tuition fees, any stipend, and that there may be a penalty. No further info was given. We are hesitant to contact the scholarship for further info on what happens if we defy them in case it sets their "breach of terms" plans in motion, so I'm helping her on the job search until then. So the plan of action is to go for a Skilled Work Visa with a compliant company in tow, take the financial hit, and have her live here on a SWV with an aim to getting settled status long term through whatever is the next big hurdle. Not discussed marriage yet, focusing on the present for now. Of course, so far she has had rejected job offers due to not having the right to permanently work in the UK (these were from applications I did not oversee so I do not know what she said to get rejected). Looking on another subreddit linked from here, I found this list of licensed sponsors to which she'll focus on applying: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/register-of-licensed-sponsors-workers But this morning I discovered that one of her rejected applications was from one of the companies on this list... so, what's the deal here? What is the process of obtaining a STW Visa for a company hiring a new applicant? is it 1 printed certificate saying they vouch for them, plus maybe a fee of £1xxx, or is it a massive prohibitive process which would lead a company to reject her over other applicants? As you can see, the situation is quite dire and we're doing what we can to avoid the worst: her having to leave for 2 years which would likely mean the end of our relationship, which is obviously the "you have failed" option which is to be avoided. Visa question, so I’m currently in Almaty on a private visa till December with my intention being to fly back to my home in the UK for Christmas, but I’d like to come back to Almaty and stay for a further 6 months from January to July, I’m struggling to find any information…
On if I can obtain a visa that would allow me to do this, or if I should apply for residency, but that also seems tricky to me as there’s talk of solvency and I can’t really get my head around how much money is needed to do this. I was wondering if anyone has any advice? Or if any expats had experience they could share? Or if there are any good agencies you trust that I could get in touch with. Skilled worker visa - Inside UK - Email from home office
Hi, I applied from inside the UK on 1st June for employer change using priority service and provide my biometrics using IDV app. I received the following email from Home office , on 4th July but nothing after that . Should I upload my passport copy proactively as I have not being asked to yet, but can I to save some time ? Thank you for your application for permission to stay in the UK. Although we would normally decide your application within eight weeks from the date it was submitted, unfortunately this is not going to be possible in your case. We note that you have provided us with new passport details, and we are now amending your biometric data so it matches our systems, allowing us to accurately assess your case.

The reason I'm asking is because I see these posts online daily and I'm curious about it.. obviously don't want to start if it's not a definite means of income. Is it legit? Are people genuinely making the kind of money they claim to in these videos?
