Need info regarding NPA education loan accounts for one time settlements in sbi Kerala branches. Urgent pls help
I posted about my condition here last month. Go through it to understand my situation. I don't know how sbi one time settlements work in kerala and also doesn't know how to calculate them. Today I got a notice from sbi stating that my education loan will be turned into a NPA account within 7 days if I don't at least pay the interest amount. My family is poor and is already has many debts. I also don't have a degree yet so I don't have a job to repay even the overdue amount. The total amount i owe them is around 5 lakhs now. I'm in no position to get a job either. I'm currently in treatment for kidney stones. Hopefully it will pass soon and I can start applying for a job later. Someone I know made a settlement for 2lakhs for an education loan of 10lakhs. I want to how that is possible and what the procedure is called. I tried to contact them but his mom doesn't know how it was done and it's hard to get in touch with the son too so I'm asking here. My life is already ruined. I don't want to live with this debt either. If a settlement like that can happen I can at least try to clear it. Help me guys.

The Central Bureau of Investigation has lodged an FIR in connection with the case of 'missing' coins worth Rs 11 crore from the Mehandipur Balaji branch of the State Bank of India. Notably, the Rajasthan High Court had directed the agency to conduct a probe in the matter. The agency started counting the money on July 22, 2021 under the watch of branch manager Hargovind Meena. The FIR said that till August 6, 2021, the agency had counted coins valued at Rs 1,39,60,000 crore in 2,350 bags and at the time of filing of the FIR, 600-700 bags with an estimated value of Rs 60,00,000 lakh were still to be counted. The FIR was lodged under IPC Sections 420, 409 and 120B. Meanwhile, the SBI approached the Rajasthan High court stating that the CBI may be directed to pursue the FIR. "In his order dated March 4, 2022, Justice Narendra Singh Dhaddha directed the CBI to conduct an investigation, stating, 'As per guidelines issued by the CVC as well as the RBI fraud involving an amount of more than Rs 3 crore has to be investigated by the ACB Branch of the CBI. So, the petition deserves to be allowed." On April 13, 2022, the CBI lodged an FIR for criminal conspiracy, cheating and criminal breach of trust in connection with the case.
