The way the teammate grade slowly creeps down for no reason is BS and is there just to take VC. On my new build that's low overall I need to get A- grades for the 'Palace Intrigue' quest. I lost my A- as it barely creeps down to a B+ JUST as the game expired. Multiple times I've had to replay it.
Twice I've had to scramble to set screens and keep my grade up and it still gradually crept down like 2 seconds before the game ended. Complete cheese. Nobody wants to replay shit for missed career objectives. You shouldnt be punished for no reason. And god forbid you miss a shot you're down a whole grade. You can have an "open" graded shot and it's still somehow penalized as a bad shot. Whether you made the shot or not doesn't dictate the quality of the shot! This is another trick to get you to be impatient and make you pay VC for shooting. The grind for making a new build sucks with all the same cutscene skipping and running around. Your player IS HORRIBLE and CANT MOVE to start and it's manipulative. Rebirth is there but its a gimmick and you lose your old build. This game really makes you grind too much just to get to the threshold where you'd even be ready to play park or whatever online mode. I never want to play offline to boost up another myplayer again...I also never want to spend ridiculous money on a game I don't even enjoy that much just to try to enjoy it more.

Hello there! I am PUN and I, hopefully, will be becoming your Game Master very soon. Before I tell you about the games you could potentially join I would like to tell you a bit about myself as a person, as a player, and as a Game Master. If you just want to get to the DnD skip this section, we can always learn more about each other later! Here we go: Well I go by PUN it's a long story but really isn't. I use the He/They pronouns. I live in Texas with my two cats. Most of my free time is filled with playing Magic the Gathering, Warhammer 40k, playing Skyrim, and reading. I have been playing Dungeons and Dragons for about half my life. I have been a Dungeon Master for over 6 years. I started out in 3.5 and quickly moved to 5e where I picked up DMing for my small group of friends. It has been one of my biggest passions and greatest joys being able to make an amazing story with those sitting across the table or, in more recent times, screen. I have been a professional Game Master for over 2 years and it has been some of the most satisfying work I have ever done. I get to play the game I love with some truly amazing people from all over the world. People I would never have the opportunity to cross paths with otherwise. It truly has been a blessing to be able to work with these amazing individuals. My GMing style is a bit more laid back than most I have experienced in my day. I hate the feeling of the DM being against or "beating" the players. My goal is to build a story with and around the player in my game. If you are not having fun then I am not having fun. I love a good roleplay heavy session. I have a couple of voices that I can do but don't make fun of me for slipping in and out of them! I am a super laid back and a "will of the players" type GM. The "rule of cool" is something I live by, I may allow something to happen just because I deem it cool. I sometimes twist or bend the rules to make a game more fun for both the players and myself. I mostly run a homebrew game but love running more sandbox modules such as Out of the Abyss.

Sunday / 12pm - 4pm CST (2 slot) Sundays game is a game set in Ravnica. All players will be posing as their choice of guild while they are actually working for the dimir. This will be a story of intrigue and deception, but not without its laughs. The party just got back into the city proper after retrieving an Izzet artifact from the Gruul guildhall of Skaarg. They are in some downtime before next mission from their mysterious benefactor. They are level 5. Thus it is a dragon centric campaign set in the fairy tale world of The Forsaken Province. The Forsaken Province is a homebrew world that I created based loosely off the hit TV series, Once upon a time. The story revolves around the party as they perform tasks for a dragon who happens to be the child of the current ruler of the land. The have saved a town from being destroyed by a corrupt official and are on the way to remove a key item from a rival dragons hoard. They are at level 8. Wednesday / 3pm - 7pm CST (1 slot) Wednesdays game is a story all about witches and the curses they lay on the people around them. It is set in the fairy tale world of The Forsaken Province. The Forsaken Province is a homebrew world that I created based loosely off the hit TV series, Once upon a time. The party has been helping a princess run from the powers at be who seek her for mysterious reasons. The party currently finds themselves trapped in the middle of the desert and are attempting to find a way that they might be able to escape with their lives. They are at level 8. Wednesday / 8pm - 12pm CST (1 slot) Is a newer game, the party just hit level 4 and has been called to the capital city to be seen by the king after helping save a town from an attack by bandits. What the King wants from them, the do not know, hopefully it is a reward for their bravery. As the story presses on you will join them on the road seeking adventure and your way to the capital. Tuesday / 8pm - 12am CST (5 slots) This game is a new game that is opening up. Once enough people join we can collectively decide what kind of game we want to play. What world, what theme, all of the choices will be decided upon as a group. All races and classes in official Wizards of the Coast published book are free game to use. I am even open to allowing UA/Homebrew as long as it has been submitted and approved by me before session 1 begins. We will be using roll20 for maps and combats, discord for voice chat, and D&Dbeyond for character sheet upkeep and rolling. There is an extension (beyond20) that allows you to roll on D&DBeyond and it port it over to roll20 and I have found it to be super effective. So that will be used as well.
What to expect.
Payment for games is as follows: $100 paid before the end of the month to be allowed to play in the next month of games. We only play 4 times a month allowing me to take a break on any month that has a 5th day of the week that we play on. I know $100 a month can sound steep to play D&D but that is $25 a session for the four sessions we play together. I put a lot of time and energy into making these games enjoyable for you and tailored to each group. This is my full time job so I can focus on my games and only my games. I also have reviews of the players I currently have in my games to help attest to the fact that this game will indeed be worth the price tag. We will work together to build backstories that tie into the world. This allows for more immersion into the story. We will discuss what type of game we are all wanting to play, where and how we wish to start, and if any of our characters have connected backstories. With this completed we can go into the first session with a running jump. The first actual session is free.

I understand that paying money to play this game can sometimes be off putting. But when you consider the man hours I put into creating an immersive campaign story for you to play, D&Dbeyond content, as well as other purchases I make to run a great campaign, it is almost nothing to pay for the numerous hours of enjoyment that you will receive in return. It not only assures my level of commitment but the other players as well. If you are concerned at all about my quality as a Dungeon Master I have 18 players currently paying for my games, and dozens more, that I have played with in the past, who would vouch for my ability. I do require my players to be 18+, this allows for more mature topics to be discussed, but other than that all are welcome to apply. I can work with any skill level from the just watched CritRole (or other D&D media) and want to play to the old timers playing since before I was born. Something I have to add is, be open to constructive criticism, old players and new alike, we are playing a collaborative storytelling game together. If someone has an issue with something that happened we should be able to settle it as adults. If that is not something you think you can do I ask that you please find another game. New World causing PC to totally reboot multiple times per session. Help?
Every time my cousin plays new world ends up causing his pc to reboot several times per session. Is there any fix for this? I don’t have this issue. I will paste his comments below. “I have Scoured the internet and tried everything. I limited my fps to 60, limited my gpu to 60% power, reduced object details to medium, verified my files, made sure it wasn't high Temps, stress tested my cpu amd gpu with every test I know and it passed, not sure if I missing anything” “Playing, hear my PC shut off, monitor goes black(off) at the same time, then automatically reboots” “Looking at the windows kernel thing, all it says is pc shut down unexpectedly “ “Like I said I stress tested my gpu at 100% last night and my cpu at 100%, I used novabench, prime95 and superposition benchmark and ran that one at 8k”

Wow. Today was a fun session. Basically two of our party members found their way into an underwater cave to fight a coven of 3 Sea Hags that had been eating townspeople. Our party is level 3 by the way, so yeah. 2 Level 3s vs 3 CR 2s. Shenanigans that ocurred:
Everyone succeeded on the Wisdom saving throws, meaning all the hags could do was slash at the pair as they were treading water. They kept missing.
The warforged went down, and crit failed his first death save.
I had to fudge a roll to keep our monk up, otherwise they both would have died.
The warforged failed his third death save, but was saved by a successful prayer from the monk to the god of luck, who turned the fail into a success, giving the monk enough time to stablize him
During the first session I gave the warforged a can of infinite lubricating oil as an afterthought, and apparently the party found some utterly gamebreaking use for it. I do not know what this gamebreaking use is lol.
