Before releasing this list, RBI had done all checks regarding all transactions of all those forex brokers since February this year. Maybe this doesn't matter to you; Nevertheless, you should definitely check this list once.

The general theme for the week was slowing optimism as markets faded some of the reaction to Powell's commentary from a week ago. Key US indices fell, in most cases, more than 2%.

• In the early part of the week, the focus shifted to a series of investor conferences, where CEOs from Dow components gave their outlook for the economy, striking a generally worrisome tone.
• Crude prices fell more than 10% to the year's lowest level as traders worried about future economic growth.
• The treasury yield curve inversion deepened with the Fed now in the pre-monetary policy decision blackout.
• Chinese authorities shifted rhetoric about covid, focusing on minimising the effects of lockdowns and talking up vaccinations, but not officially ending the zero covid policy. Protests that had marked the prior week were absent.
• UK Halifax house index slowed more than expected, the latest sign of a deepening UK recession as more unions agree to strike for higher wages.

TOP EVENTS IN The week ahead
Central banks
The focus for the week will be a host of major and emerging market central bank decisions. As usual, the market reaction could depend more on guidance for next year rather than the rate decisions.
The Fed, BOE and ECB are all expected to raise rates by 50bps, leaving the interest rate spread among these majors unchanged unless any of them surprise markets by raising by a different amount. Recent data gives room to all of them to surprise to the upside, such as better-than-expected employment data from the US, rising inflation in the UK, and persistently high core CPI in the EuroZone. Other crucial central bank meetings include the SNB and Norges Bank.
Of the major forex pairs, EURUSD and GBPUSD hit the highest since June but price action suggests momentum is weakening.
Inflation data
The release of US CPI figures on Tuesday could substantially change expectations for the Fed's decision to be announced on Wednesday. The consensus is for the recent trend to continue, with both headline and core inflation expected to tick down by a decimal. But a surprise to the upside could shift the expectations about whether the Fed will hike by 50 or 75 bps.
A similar situation lies with BOE, as the UK reports its latest inflation figures on Wednesday, ahead of the rate decision on Thursday. But British inflation is expected to tick up, both on the headline and core. The UK also reports the claimant count on Tuesday, which is expected to show an increase in Britons seeking unemployment benefits. FTSE lost more than 1% last week, and formed an inside bar with 7430 acting as breakdown support.
Other events, earnings
After the rate decisions, market activity is expected to reduce ahead of the holidays.
Monday sees UK manufacturing production. Tuesday sees Australian consumer and business confidence metrics, but it is unlikely to trigger a break outside the 20-pips range on Aussie. Wednesday has the Japan Tankan index. Japan also publishes its trade balance on Thursday, along with the US releasing retail sales. USD/JPY might have found a top at 138.00 for now. Friday includes UK consumer confidence and retail sales.
Companies updating investors include Oracle, TUI, Lennar, Inditex, Currys, and Adobe.

So recently the NOK has been dropping sharply and now the Norges Bank is devaluing it even further? What is the point of this? I passed most of my savings from EUR to NOK last time the Euro was particularly high (I did this at the advice of my family who have always had weird concerns that the EU would collapse some day) but now I'm worried I might be stuck with a potentially worthless currency. Anyone else worried?
EDIT: I should probably clarify that I'm not doing forex or anything like that, I moved here and converted my EUR savings to NOK. I still have some EUR left over but few.

Central banks gold holdings follow very, very strange pattern. Someone please explain to me why Poland had 128 tonnes in 2019, now has 232 tonnes and plans to purchase another 100? 200 tonnes more total.... meanwhile Germany, which runs trade surpluses not DEFICITS

Take for example China, which has depended on a "zero-COVID" policy, and the potential for coming quarantines and lockdowns to further shake up the global supply chain.
Analyst commentary: "The bigger challenge for the Fed and for the markets is that they may not have the scope to raise rates as much as they say they do without inverting the yield curve and slowing down the economy more than they want," said Kathy Jones, chief fixed income strategist at Charles Schwab. "What the market's telling you is the Fed doesn’t have much scope to go beyond two or three hikes." (13 comments)

Line of attack
Central banks across the globe are taking divergent approaches to confronting inflation at the same time as trying to broaden out their pandemic recoveries. We've already seen the Federal Reserve's monetary policy, which accelerated the tapering of its bond-buying program and projected three interest rate increases next year, but the normalization process for others are happening across a different time frame.
Bank of England: On Thursday, officials on the central bank's Monetary Policy Committee unexpectedly voted eight to one to lift the policy rate to 0.25% from a record low of 0.1%. While a hike had been telegraphed, many had expected the BOE to hold steady until early next year to see if inflation would ease up and the effects of Omicron became clearer. "Monetary policy cannot solve supply-side problems," Bank of England Governor Andrew Bailey declared, "but it will have to act and must do so if we see a risk, particularly to medium-term inflation and to medium-term inflation expectations."
European Central Bank: "I don't think that something happening at the Fed is bound to happen [in Europe]," ECB President Christine Lagarde told a news conference. While the bank is ending its €1.85T pandemic emergency purchase program (PEPP) as planned in March, it gave itself flexibility by expanding a separate bond-buying program next year. It also said it wouldn't increase its key interest rate until it ends its net bond purchases, meaning a "very unlikely" hike in 2022.
Turkey: In an entire league of its own and heavily influenced by President Erdogan, Ankara cut rates for the fourth time since September, to 14% from 15%. That's despite soaring inflation and deepening a currency crisis that has had devastating impacts on its import-driven economy, as well as Turks' earnings and savings. The unorthodox monetary policy has seen the Turkish lira lose 40% of its value against the dollar since September, making it one of the worst performing investments in the world.
Others: The Bank of Japan made no changes to its ultra-loose policy, but confirmed plans to scale back its emergency economic support program by March 2022. The Norges Bank raised its interest rate for the second time since September, and flagged another increase in March, after becoming one of the first central banks to hike rates since the start of the pandemic. Meanwhile, the Swiss National Bank kept interest rates at a record low of -0.75% and stuck to its description of the franc as "highly valued" following the currency's latest advance against the euro.
Health IT
Oracle (ORCL) is said to be in discussions to purchase medical records company Cerner (CERN), according to reports from the WSJ and FT. With the transaction valued at around $30B, the deal would be the largest ever for Oracle, and push the enterprise-software giant further into healthcare. Shares are diverging in premarket trade, with Cerner up 16% to $92.26, and Oracle falling nearly 4% to $99.44.
Bigger picture: Cerner has been the subject of takeover speculation this year after a Betaville report in May suggested that the company may be a potential target. Some people following the matter predicted that potential buyers could include Microsoft (MSFT), Google (GOOG, GOOGL) and even Oracle. The takeover speculation dampened in August, when new CEO David Feinberg joined Cerner from Google, but recently heated up again as Hellman & Friedman and Bain Capital agreed to acquire Athenahealth for about $17B in November.
Based in Kansas City, Cerner designs software that hospitals, clinics and doctors use to store and analyze medical records. Per the company's mission statement: "For 40 years, we've worked at the intersection of healthcare and information technology to connect people and systems around the world." Oracle also has a significant presence in healthcare, offering technology that parses data to increase efficiency and improve patient outcomes.
Commentary: "We view the potential deal as a positive for CERN as it will allow the company to undergo its transition from an EHR to a healthcare platform within the cover of a far larger organization, and with the benefit of a premium takeout valuation," noted SVB Leerink's Stephanie Davis. "We are cautious on potential pushback from Oracle shareholders creating risk to a deal announcement, as the deal would mark a transition away from the company’s core organic growth acceleration story while the check size implies likely dilution to holders." mRNA wins out
A 15-member advisory panel of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has voted unanimously that messenger-RNA-based COVID-19 vaccines from Pfizer-BioNTech (PFE, BNTX) and Moderna (MRNA) should be the preferred over the shot from Johnson & Johnson (JNJ). In recommending the move, the panelists cited rare but serious blood clots linked to the vector-based COVID shot from J&J. While there were nine confirmed deaths due to rare clotting events following immunization with the latter's jab, mRNA-based shots were more effective and posed no such risk.
Backdrop: After a brief pause in its use amid clotting concerns, U.S. regulators allowed the resumption of J&J's single-dose shot in late April. The company maintains that its COVID-19 vaccine still remains an important option for many individuals, especially those in low- and middle-income countries. It also "remains an important choice in the U.S. for people who can't or won't return for multiple vaccinations or who would remain unvaccinated without an alternative to the mRNA vaccines."
J&J further explained it is committed to education and generating awareness of rare events, such as thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome, that has been seen with its vaccine. More than 200M Americans are considered fully vaccinated, including about 16M who got the J&J shot. It's also important to note that the advisory committees of the CDC only issue non-binding recommendations, but the federal agency usually follows them for a final decision.

Viral vector vaccines use a different carrier, employing a human adenovirus with a COVID spike protein DNA code (actual viral material) that sets off an immune response against the coronavirus. • I programmet fikk vi se tradingskjermen fra GCG24.com, det er en uregistrert forex/cfd broker. I programmet ble det ikke gjort noe forsøk å komme til bunns om hvem opprettet konto der, hvilken transaksjonen som ble foretatt osv. Jeg antar at det ble brukt penger på såkallte (svindel) binary options eller BTC CFDs. De blir fort borte. Jeg tror ikke han i TV2 eller kvinnen skjønnte mye av hva de driv med der. Syntes det var litt magert
  
• På en eller annen måte ble det overført penger fra hennes konto til SS fra bitmynt, med hennes passbilde. Det er litt uklar om det var hun selv som kommuniserte med SS eller den såkallte Jeremy eller nok en annen person. Men uansett må de ha godt kunnskap hvordan man veksler NOK til BTC i Norge. Og jeg vil nok anta at SS ville lukte en ugle i mosen hvis han får et norsk pass med norsk navn og vedkommende kommuniserer på engelsk. Programmet kunne ikke opplyse så mye hvordan den faktiske handelen har skjedd men det ville være meget opplysende.
  
• SS har jo BTC adressene BTC ble sendt til, og det ville være en lett sak for enhver inkl TV2 å finne ut hva som skjedde videre med disse BTC via Bitcoin explorer. Litt rart å overlate dette til politiet når enhver kan gjøre det i noen få minutter. Bitcoinadressene er vel ikke like taushetsbelagt som f.e. IP adresser.
  
• I programmet ble "Jeremy" spurt om adressen hans, og han sier 332 Downing Street, men ikke noe by. Hadde de spurt om byen kunne de har sjekket der og da om det var en gyldig adresse, og evt konfrontert han med det. Det er garantert ikke London UK.
  

Hadde jeg vært TV2 hadde jeg først prøvd meg å komme til bunns med hva hun drev med på GCG24, så tatt nok en prat med SS for å komme til bunns hvordan handelen virkelig har foregått, og så prøvd å finne ut hvor disse BTC har funnet veien, selv om man må anse de som tapt uansett.
